Job Description:

  • Administrator is responsible for the overall management and success of the Assisted Living Community. The Administrator must be positive and have excellent customer service and management skills.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive occupancy by promoting great customer service and creating high employee morale
  • Responsible for hiring, recruiting and training the team members according to company policies
  • Complete team member training, performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and counseling of team members
  • Complete and organize team member paperwork according to state and community guidelines
  • Facilitate Resident Care Conferences
  • Complete and organize resident paperwork including service plans according to state and community guidelines
  • Direct the staffing schedule according to budget guidelines
  • Ensure that resident’s needs are met and family’s expectations are satisfied
  • Develop and maintain a positive atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and team members.




  • At least one year experience in Assisted Living Facility,  Long Term Care Facility or a Nursing Home as an Executive Director,  Administrator, Supervisor or Department Head
  • Supervisory and management experience is a MUST
  • Financial and budgeting experience is required
  • Administrator must complete all state training requirements
  • Independent problem solver
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to motivate and direct the work of others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with Seniors
  • Able to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interest
