We have an immediate opening for a Title Clerk within the Auto Industry. This position reports to the Office Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide Customer Service to over 100 Vendors
- Accounting duties to include: check processing, deposits and writing checks
- Go to Auction once a week (Company vehicle provided for that trip each week)
- Support Office Manager

Title Clerk Job Requirements:

- Accounting / Customer Service background
- Automobile industry experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be very organized, pick-up things quickly and be a quick learner
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision after trained
- Computer skills needed: MS Office (mainly Excel), Quickbooks and ADP Software
- Must be available to work Overtime (outside of 9am-6pm, when needed)

Title Clerk Position is M-F from 9am-6pm, with one hour for lunch each day. On Wednesdays, lunch is brought provided and the person in this position is required to stay at the dealership.

Title Clerk Position starts at $13.00/hour with room for advancement.
